Help & Support

How can we help?

A real person — the developer — answers every message.

If something isn't working, you have a question, or you want to suggest a feature, get in touch. NutriQuick is a small operation, which means support is direct.

01Frequently asked questions

How do I log a meal?

Tap the + button on the Today tab, search for a food (or scan its barcode), adjust the serving size, and tap Add. To log a saved preset, open the Presets tab and tap the meal — it loads as a collapsible group you can expand or remove later.

What's a preset and how do I save one?

Presets are your go-to meals saved once and reused with a single tap. After logging a meal you eat often, open it and choose Save as preset. You can save single meals or a full day. Free users can keep up to 3 presets; Pro is unlimited.

How do I copy yesterday's log?

On the Today tab, tap the menu and choose Copy yesterday. The whole day reloads onto today in seconds. Then edit anything that's different.

How do I set my macro goals?

Open You → Goals and tap each target. You can set independent calorie, protein, carbs and fat goals. Pro users can also schedule different targets for training and rest days.

The barcode scanner isn't finding my product.

NutriQuick uses Open Food Facts, a community database with millions of products. If a barcode isn't recognised, search for the food by name, add it as a custom food, or contribute it to Open Food Facts so it works for everyone.

Does NutriQuick work without internet?

Yes. The food database, your logs and your presets are stored on-device. Only first-time barcode lookups need a connection — once scanned, products are cached and work offline forever.

How do I sync between iPhone and iPad?

iCloud sync is a Pro feature. Subscribe to Pro, then turn on iCloud Sync in Settings on each device. Make sure both devices are signed into the same Apple ID with iCloud enabled.

How do I restore my purchase on a new device?

Open Settings → Restore Purchases in the app. Make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID you used originally. Lifetime purchases and active subscriptions both restore through this button.

Can I export my data?

Yes — Pro includes CSV export of logs, weight entries, custom foods and presets. Open Settings → Export and choose what you'd like to download.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are billed by Apple, so cancellation lives there. Go to Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → NutriQuick and tap Cancel. You'll keep Pro access until the end of the current billing period.

Will my logs change if I edit a food later?

No — every entry stores its own snapshot of the macros at the time it was logged. Editing a food later only affects future logs, never your history. The same applies to recipes and presets.

Where does my Health data go?

Steps and weight you read from Apple Health stay on your device — we never see them. Nutrition you log can optionally be written into Health so it shows alongside your other metrics. Toggle this in Settings → Apple Health.

02NutriQuick Pro

Core tracking is free, forever. Pro is for people running serious cuts, bulks or year-round programming and want sync, deeper analysis and unlimited presets.

Current prices are shown on the App Store at the point of purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Refunds are handled by Apple — see the Terms for details.
