By downloading or using NutriQuick you agree to these Terms. They're written to be read — not buried in legalese — but they are still a binding agreement between you and Adesh Pandey, the developer of the app.
NutriQuick is a personal nutrition and activity tracker for general informational purposes. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. You agree to use the app for lawful, personal purposes only and not to attempt to interfere with its security, integrity or availability.
NutriQuick does not require an account. Your data is stored locally on your device and, if iCloud sync is enabled, in your private iCloud container managed by Apple. You are responsible for the device on which the app is installed and for any backups you choose to keep. Details of how data is handled are in the Privacy Policy.
Core tracking features are free, forever. NutriQuick Pro unlocks advanced features and is offered through the following options, with prices set on the App Store and shown to you at the point of purchase:

The annual NutriQuick Pro plan includes a 1-week free trial for first-time subscribers. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, your Apple ID will be charged for the first paid year. You can cancel at any time during the trial in Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions. Trial eligibility is determined by Apple.
All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their App Store refund policy. We are not able to issue refunds directly. If something is wrong, please contact support — we'll always try to help, even though the transaction itself sits with Apple.
We work hard to keep food data sensible, but NutriQuick does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or reliability of any nutrition information shown in the app. Values are estimates and can vary by manufacturer, preparation method, serving size and the source database. Use the data as a guide, not an absolute. Always rely on the manufacturer's label for packaged foods.
NutriQuick uses a small number of services to do its job:
Each of these services is governed by its provider's own terms; using NutriQuick does not exempt you from those.
The NutriQuick name, design, code, copy and built-in food database compilations are the property of Adesh Pandey and are protected by Australian and international copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify, redistribute, decompile or reverse-engineer any part of the app, except where such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law you cannot waive by agreement.
NutriQuick is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adesh Pandey will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app, including any health, fitness or weight outcomes you attribute to nutrition data shown by the app.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law, including the Australian Consumer Law.
We may modify, suspend or discontinue the app, or any feature within it, at any time. We will give reasonable notice for material changes where practical. If we discontinue the Pro tier entirely, paid annual subscriptions will be honoured until the end of their current billing period and active Lifetime purchases will be respected up to the last shipped version of the app.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be flagged inside the app on next launch. Continued use of NutriQuick after a change takes effect means you accept the revised Terms. If you don't agree, stop using the app and uninstall it.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia, except that you may bring claims in your country of residence where applicable consumer-protection law requires it.
